Refund Policy

Made to order, made right
Every Muddy Banks Apparel shirt is printed just for you after you order. Because of that, we can't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or wrong size, so please check the Size Guide before you order.

Damaged, defective, or wrong item
If your shirt arrives damaged, misprinted, or isn't what you ordered, we'll send a free replacement or give you a full refund. Just email info@muddybanks.net within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem. You don't need to send the item back.

Lost packages
If tracking shows your package was delivered but you can't find it, check with neighbors and your local post office first, then email us and we'll help sort it out.

Refunds
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to post it.

Canceling an order
We start printing quickly. If you need to cancel or change an order, email us within 2 hours of ordering and we'll do our best.
