Products and orders
All products are printed to order. We do our best to show colors and designs accurately, but colors may vary slightly by screen and print run. We may refuse or cancel any order, including orders that look fraudulent, and will refund any payment made for a canceled order.

Prices
Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. Taxes and shipping are calculated at checkout.

Returns
Returns, replacements, and refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

Designs and content
All designs, logos, photos, and text on this site belong to Muddy Banks Apparel and may not be copied or used without written permission.

Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, Muddy Banks Apparel isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages from using this site or our products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi.
